Create your Taskio specialist profile, keeping in mind that it will be your profile that the customer will review upon choosing the tasker. Indicate the categories you are interested in and receive notifications in the future as soon as a new offer appears in these categories. When creating your profile, include details such as education, previous experience, your advantages over competitors, without forgetting a brief description of your personality. Finally, set your preferred business hours and offer your payment terms. We want to remind you that your profile is your business card!

Receive and review orders

When new orders appear in the category of your choice, you will receive notifications both in the Taskio application and to the e-mail address you provided. Review the order and respond to the customer, either by confirming the conditions mentioned in the order description or by offering your own. Wait for the customer's response and, if the customer is interested in your offer, exchange contacts to discuss further details.

Take on the task and get paid

As soon as the customer is interested in your offer, you will receive a request to exchange contact information. In case of successful further cooperation, you will be selected as a task performer, which will be confirmed by a special status in the Taskio app. All issues related to the payment of the task are further resolved without the mediation of Taskio. The quality of the task will affect the rating left by your customer. The better this rating, the better the chances to expect the following offers!

Exchange feedback

Feedback from the customer will directly affect the reputation of your profile and, consequently, the number of potential future collaborations. To ensure that your profile ranks among the most requested specialists, make sure the customer appreciates your work and leaves constructive feedback. Positive feedback will increase trust in your profile and drive order inflows. Taskio specialists can also leave feedback on customers. Such a model helps Taskio to ensure conscientious, respectful and productive cooperation from all parties involved.
